I have been using dove for a couple of years since I switched from another brand also commonly found at warehouse clubs. My skin was leads dry and there was no apparent residue. I have used it through 2 pregnancies with good results. I cannot skip the lotion but there is not a severe lack of moisture.

I love love love dove soap. It makes my skin feel soft and smooth and the smell is soft and clean NOT strong like a lot of other soaps.
The only thing I noticed is I find it doesn't last as long as the other brands. Either way, I always buy dove including the men's one (my husband loves them) when they are on sale. You can find them 2 for $5 a lot of the time.

I have super sensitive skin and this did not dry out my skin. I still needed cream after the shower but this bar was much better then any orlther eating brand I've tried. Super impressed

Dove is an amazing body soap. I have very sensitive skin and two of my sons do as well. They don't hesitate to use the dove soap. It leaves your skin feeling great and you do feel fresh and clean!

Dove original is the soap my whole family uses. Perfect for sensitive skin and smells good for every member of the family!!

I love using dove especially when the cold weather comes and my skin gets so dry and cracked . As a nurse I'm constantly washing my hands and dove helps keep my skin soft and supple .

This soap is so amazing, it left my skin feeling so much softer than any other soaps I used and its natural scent gives a cleaner feeling than super scented products!! It's worth buying.

I love the feeling of my skin after using Dove. I have such dry skin I usually have to moisturize multiple times a day. Since using Dove I have been able to cut down on my moisturizing considerably! The effects of this soap are especially noticeable in the winter when my skin is extra dry!

Dove bath soap smells so great and it leave your skin soft feeling.. I love this product .

I love this soap. When I get out of the shower, my skin feels softer and more moisturized. The cost is pretty reasonable as well.
