Thank God this was an ipsy exclusive because this palette was a lost cause. The colours looked basic but nice enough.. and they blend into nothing. That's if you get any pigment at all initially.

These colors are beautiful and amazing when wet. When dry, they are a little harder to work with and the pigmentation is lackluster. I have this in California and NYC, and NYC is much more pigmented than California. The quality of this is also sub par in that this will shatter...
